Fly Fishing Competitions

We run and sponsor a series of open competitions on small stillwaters in the northwest of England and a boat competition on Stocks Reservoir.

Our competitions are fished by anglers of all abilities and offer a great opportunity to meet other anglers, visit new waters, pick up tips and ideas and, perhaps, even win some new tackle.

Our Hardy Dry Line Competition is held annually on Stocks Reservoir.

Anglers fish for four hours, have a one and a half hour lunch and barbeque and then fish for a further four hours.
